Placing an Order

To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card information.

If you have questions regarding any of our products and services, you can email us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at info@theteapotshoppe.com.  We believe that relationships with real people are important. When you send an email to info@theteapotshoppe.com, you’ll get a response back from us within one business day. (More likely, it will be within an hour, but we’ll promise that at worst it will be a day.)

The Teapot Shoppe uses UPS & USPS Ground for shipping most of our teapots and teapot accessories. Occasionally, we may use Federal Express as an alternative form of shipping.   We offer free ground shipping for orders within the Continental U.S.  Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges. We do offer special shipping prices at times, which you will find on the top of our Home Page.  If you need something sent overnight, please contact us at info@theteapotshoppe.com. If the actual expedited rates (3 Day, 2 Day, Overnight) vary significantly from the estimates shown below we may contact you to discuss a rate change prior to shipment. We will try to accommodate your special needs.

Our products are guaranteed to give 100% satisfaction in every way. We stand behind every item we sell, and we want everyone who receives an item from The Teapot Shoppe to be completely satisfied. We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return anything for any reason by following our return policy below.

We will do our utmost to be sure you are delighted with anything you order from The Teapot Shoppe.

If you need to return something, please send an email to info@theteapotshoppe.com within 5 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns to The Teapot Shoppe, if authorized, within 5 days of receipt of the items, as long as the items are unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. As soon as we receive your item, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the purchase price, less original shipping cost. Customers will be required to pay for return shipping charges.

The Teapot Shoppe, Inc. will not be liable for defective items NOT reported within 24 hours. If an item arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged item and email to info@theteapotshoppe.com.

Any product returned after the stated 5 day return policy will incur a restocking fee of 15% and only receive a store credit towards a future order.

Damaged Shipments
The Teapot Shoppe, Inc. will not be liable for defective or damaged items NOT reported within 24 hours. If an item arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged item and email to info@theteapotshoppe.com or call us at 866-380-0815.

International Customers:
We currently do not ship internationally.

We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal and International Credit cards.

Offline Orders

If you are located in the Continental U.S. and prefer to order offline we accept money orders, cashier’s checks and personal checks. In the event you use a personal check or cashier’s check, please send your order request to:

Be sure to clearly identify the items you wish to purchase, using Item Numbers and Descriptions.  Please include shipping costs in your total by referring to the charts above.  All orders by money order or check will shipped promptly as soon as the check or money order clears our bank.

Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 2 business days from when the order was placed.  In the event you require a rush order, please email us at info@theteapotshoppe.com to discuss special arrangements.

Our Dedication to Delivery

We are experienced in packaging and shipping fragile items and have done everything to ensure that your items arrive safely at their destination. Even with these precautions, we do realize that damages do occur during shipment.  If you receive an item that has been damaged upon delivery, contact us immediately at our Customer Care number, 1-866-380-0815 or email info@theteapotshoppe.com and we will gladly take care of you with a replacement. If you buy something as a gift, when you receive it examine the shipment. If damages are not reported to us within 24 hours of receiving it, we will not be able to replace it.

No Minimum Order Requirement!
The Teapot Shoppe has no minimum order requirement.

Sales Tax

Since our Corporate Office is in the state of Georgia, Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Georgia (7%).

All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
